Register for School

Welcome to Kansas City Kansas Public Schools. Whether you are returning or brand new to the district, we are glad you are here! The 2023-2024 school year is right around the corner, and as we prepare to begin another year, there are few things you need to keep in mind. All students (Kindergarten - 12th grade) must register for the school year. This includes students who have previously attended KCKPS. Registration will be done on the Infinite Campus Portal. More information on how to register can be found below.

Returning Student Families – if the family is adding a new student they can do returning students AND the new students at one time.

Click the link to log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Or, go to kckschools.org, make sure the menu is open if on a cell phone, click the Parents & Students tab at the top of the page, then click Infinite Campus Login under the Infinite Campus Section. Select “campus parent.”

Enter username and password. If you have forgotten your user name or your password, call one of your student’s schools to get it. Find the phone number here: KCKPS Schools Directory.
In the parent portal menu, go to the MORE tab.
Select online registration.
All of your students should be included in one application. If not, please call the missing student’s school to correct it. Do not proceed with the registration if you are missing any students.
